Bio
Patty Cepero is the Assistant Director of Administrative Services of the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy (JGI) at Florida International University’s (FIU) Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs. In her current position at JGI, she is responsible for managing over $14M in grants, budgets, and expenses of seven auxiliary accounts, financials, purchasing and travel for staff, students and external partners of the Institute. She has a long-standing career at FIU spanning over 17 years having spent the first 11 years at the Applied Research Center where she handled the day-to-day activities of purchasing, property management and meeting planning. She received both her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration in 2020, and a master's degree in Higher Education Administration in 2023 at Florida International University.
