Dr. Liu’s research and expertise revolves around criminal justice actors’ focal concerns, criminal offending trajectories, the heterogeneous needs of released prisoners, and quantitative methodologies. Prior to earning her Ph.D., Dr. Liu served seven years as a prosecutor in Beijing, China.
