Literature and the Senses: Art, Food and Theater
Friday, March 29 & Saturday, March 30
This two-day conference, Literature and the Senses, includes talks by internationally known academics and dramatists on the topics of literature and art, music, food and theater. It will begin Friday March 29 with talks on literature and ethics, art, and food. The morning of March 30 begins with a panel on Central American and Venezuelan Literature followed in the afternoon with a round table on Cuban Theater in Miami. The final event will be a staging of scenes from Pulitzer Prize winner Nilo Cruz's latest play, Sed en la Calle del Agua.
