Participants will engage in structured sessions featuring the Meditation with the Art of Mantra Spiral Series, guided relaxation techniques, colour meditation focused on psychic centers, regulated breathing practices (prāṇāyāma), and postural practices (yogāsana). The sessions are designed for participants of all ages and experience levels.
