Professor at the Torcuato Di Tella University, UCEMA, Argentine Catholic University, Universita di Bologna and Joint War School of the Armed Forces. Former analyst of the General Staff of the Navy, former Advisor to the Minister of Defense Horacio Jaunarena, former Senior Researcher at CARI, former scholarship holder at the Ford Foundation, former scholarship holder for Initiation, Improvement and Postdoctoral Studies at CONICET. He is currently in charge of the Defense area of the company Codesur and is an Editorial advisor for DEF Magazine and a columnist on security and Defense issues for the DEF TV program. Likewise, he has been an advisor to the Ministry of Defense since May 2011 and to the Bapro Group.
