Harry M. Rhea
Bio
Dr. Harry M. Rhea is Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice in the School of International and Public Affairs and Assistant Professor of Law in the College of Law at Florida International University; he contributed to the development of the nation's first-ever international criminal justice Ph.D. program at FIU.
Dr. Rhea received his Ph.D in International Criminal Law from the National University of Ireland, Galway, in 2012. He also holds a M.A. in Theology from LaSalle University and a M.S. in Criminal Justice with a specialization in Law Enforcement Intelligence and Crime Analysis from Saint Joseph's University.
