Join the Jack D. Gordon Institute for Public Policy (JGI) for a conversation about Russian intervention in Estonia and other geopolitical trends with Marina Kaljurand, David Kramer and Brian Fonseca. Marina Kaljurand is the former Estonian Minister of Foreign Affairs and served as Estonian Ambassador to the United States, Russia, Mexico, Canada, Kazakhstan and Israel. David Kramer is a Senior Fellow at the FIU Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs. Kramer was United States Assistant Secretary of State for Democracy, Human Rights and Labor from 2008 to 2009. He was President of Freedom House from October 2010 to November 2014 and served as the Senior Director for Human Rights and Human Freedoms at the McCain Institute. Brian Fonseca, director of JGI, will moderate the discussion.
